Structured growth. Lasting legacy.
Turning Local Potential Into Structured Opportunity.
A.C.C.E Holdings is a purpose-led holding and development organisation created to build people, strengthen communities, support local enterprise, create opportunity and generate lasting legacy through structure, governance, partnership and responsible development.

Who we are
Turning local potential into structured opportunity.
A.C.C.E stands for All Concerned Community Empowerment. We are developing a purpose-led holding and development organisation built to strengthen people, communities and local enterprise through structure, governance and responsible partnership.
Our role is to help promising ideas move beyond intention—towards clear plans, credible pathways and lasting community value.
Many communities contain talent, ambition, lived experience, local knowledge and practical solutions. Too often that potential remains underdeveloped because people and projects lack access to structure, governance, funding, planning, partnership routes or practical support. We are building the structure behind future opportunity.
What we are building
Structure that helps opportunity move forward.
Our development model connects community-rooted thinking with practical enterprise pathways, responsible partnerships and long-term value.
Community Empowerment

Local Enterprise Support
Helping local people, start-ups, microbusinesses and community enterprise ideas move towards structure and development.
Skills & Employability
Supporting routes into learning, confidence, leadership, enterprise and practical progression.
Partnership Development
Working with aligned stakeholders, funders, sponsors, councils, businesses, charities and education providers.
Project & Venture Development
Developing structured projects, future ventures and responsible growth pathways with governance and accountability.
