A.C.C.E stands for All Concerned Community Empowerment. We are developing a purpose-led holding and development organisation built to strengthen people, communities and local enterprise through structure, governance and responsible partnership.
Our role is to help promising ideas move beyond intention—towards clear plans, credible pathways and lasting community value.

CERP is a practical six-week pathway for residents, emerging entrepreneurs, microbusiness owners and community founders who have potential—but need confidence, structure and clear next steps.
